摘　　要：目的探讨侧后方入路钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台后髁骨折疗效。方法对14例胫骨平台后髁骨折采用后内侧或后外侧入路切开复位钢板内固定治疗,观察其疗效。结果 14例随访12～24个月(平均15.2月),优10例,良3例,可1例。结论采用侧后方入路可充分暴露胫骨后平台后髁,直视下方便复位,结合钢板支撑内固定是治疗胫骨平台后髁骨折的一种有效方法。Objective To explore the curative effect of internal plate fixation in the treatment of posterior condylar tibi- al plateau fracture through posterior- lateral approach. Methods 14 cases with posterior condylar tibial plateau frac- ture received internal plate reduction fixation through posterolatera] or postero - medial approach ; she curative effect was observed. Results Follow - up lasted from 12 months to 24 months with the average of 15.2 months, all the patients had bone healing and the healing time varied from 2 months to 5 months with the average of 3.6 months ; Hohl＇ s stand- ard of joint function performed 12 months after operation showed 10 cases excellent, 3 cases good and 1 ease average. Conclusions Internal plate fixation through posterior - lateral approach can provide a full view of posterior condylar tibial plateau easy for reduction, it is effective in the treatment of posterior condylar tibial plateau fracture.
