鼻腔结构正常化手术治疗变应性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻腔结构正常化手术对伴有鼻腔结构异常的变应性鼻炎的治疗作用。方法：156例经CT扫描存在鼻腔结构异常的过敏性鼻炎患者随即分为治疗组70例和对照组（药物治疗）76例。治疗组行鼻腔结构正常化手术，对照组行药物治疗。随访一年后进行疗效评定（变应性鼻炎的诊断和疗效评定均按海口标准，1997），对结果进行x2检验。结果：治疗后，治疗组的有效率为70％，而对照组的有效率低于30％，两组通过统计学处理，差异有显著性（x2=11p〈0．05）结论：对变应性鼻炎伴有鼻内结构组织异常者，采用以鼻内结构正常化手术疗效明显高于药物治疗组。Objective ：To explore the effect of intranasal structure-normalizing surgery on allergic rhinitis. Method： 156 allergic rhinitis patients with anatomic variations （demonstrated by CT scan） were devided into treatment group and control group from 2003.08 to 2007.12. The treatment group received intranasal structure-normalizing surgery, however, control group received only anti-allergic drugs. Diagnosis and curative effect of allergic rhinitis were performed according to Haikou standard （1997）. The follow-up period of all petients were one year.And chi square test was used to analysize the results. Result：The follow-up period of all petients were at least 6 months. The effective power of treatment group is 70%, however, ffective power of control group is significant. Conclusions：Our results demonstrate that intranasal structure-normalizing surgery is a firstJy considered and effective way to cure allergic rhinitis with anatomic variations.
