摘　　要：同诸多医疗技术一样,静脉输液也是一把"双刃剑"。既是治疗疾病的技术手段和给药途径,又可因使用不当给人体带来损害。对于心血管系统,不当输液可因容量负荷的增加引发高血压、心绞痛、心律失常、心力衰竭等一系列医源性损害,甚或引发肺部感染导致多系统脏器功能衰竭。对此,应当引起充分的警觉。Just as a lot of medical technology,the intravenous infusion is a ＂double--edged sword＂. It is a technical means and a route of administration for therapy, but also can damag human body due to improper use. For the cardiovascular sys- tem, improper infusion can lead to a series of iatrogenic damage due to the increase in volume load, such as hypertension, angina, arrhythmias, heart failure, and or even cause lung infection leading to multi--system organ failure. So, sufficient vigilance should be given.
