摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患儿家庭充权现状及其与家长自我效能、心理不良情绪等影响因素的关系。方法采用家庭充权量表及其他量表对125名白血病患儿家长进行调查。结果白血病患儿家庭充权条目平均分最高的3项属于家庭和服务维度,最低的3项属于社区/政策维度。充权总分与照顾者自我效能、抑郁水平、家庭月总收入水平、患儿化疗时间等密切相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论提高家庭充权应重视社区/政策层面这一薄弱环节,调整照顾者不良心理情绪,自我效能感也影响其充权水平的提升。Objective To examine family empowerment among parents of children with leukemia, and to analyze the relationship be- tween family empowerment, parentsr self-efficacy and mental disorders. Methods A total of 125 parents of children with leukemia were investigated by using the Family Empowerment Scale （FES）, the General Self-efficacy Scale, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale, and the Self-rating Depression Scale. Results Three items with highest scores belonged to the subscales of ＇family empowerment＇ and ＇ service system empowerment＇, while 3 items with lowest scores were in the subseale of ＇ community/political.empowerment＇. The total FES score was correlated with self-efficacy, depression, family income, and length of chemotherapy （P〈0. 05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion In order to improve family empowerment of parents of children with leukemia, we should pay attention to com- munity/political aspect, adjust parents＇ negative moods, and improve their self-efficacy.
