摘　　要：文化创意产业与生态经济社会要素的耦合有助于文化创意产业的产业集群发展,生态文化创意产业集群具有环境功能带动、根植性的共性特征。本文以淮安为例设计了"河湖联动—外延开发"生态文化模式,各个功能分区可以因地制宜,根据支持发展型、资源型、复合型等不同融合方式产生创意民俗、原生境生态实景演艺、创意休闲农业等嫁接形态,同时创造性地提出了建设"淮河生态文化实验示范区"的构想。Cultural creative industry and ecological economic and social elements are coupled to contribute to the cultural and creative industries cluster development,and ecological culture creative industry cluster has the environment function drives,embeddedness features.In this paper,taking Huaian as an example to design ＂and linkage-extension development＂ mode of ecological culture,various functions can suit one＇s measures to local conditions,according to support the development of type,resource type,composite type different fusion methods to produce creative folk,in-situ ecological real acting,creative leisure agriculture and graft morphology,and creatively put forward the construction of ＂ecological Huaihe cultural experiment demonstrative area＂ conception.
