摘　　要：分析智能语义电子病历建设需求,以电子病历知识库为核心,建立临床医疗规则以及费用审核机制,研究智能语义电子病历的模型架构和关键实现技术,对新一代高端电子病历研发和应用有重要作用。The paper analyzes the construction demands of intelligent semantic electronic medical records（EMR）,constructs the EMR knowledge base centered clinical rules and cost audit mechanism,studies model architecture and key technologies,which play the important role in new high - end EMR development and application.
