摘　　要：在知识经济深入发展、科技进步日新月异、全球思想文化不断交融的时代背景下,知识建党、文化建党意义重大。党的文化建设是党的自身建设的重要内容,应纳入党的建设这一新的伟大工程的总体布局之中,统筹规划,不断提升党组织和党员的学习力、文化力、创造力,永葆党的先进性。in the times background of the further development of knowledge economy, the quick change of technological advances and the new features of global exchange in ideas and cultures, party building from knowledge and culture is of great significance. The party＇s cultural construction is an important part of the party＇s self-construction, which should he included in the overall layout of the new great project of the party building. With the overall planning, we should constantly enhance the learning ability, cultural power and the creativity of the party organizations and party members to keep alive the party＇s advanced nature.
