摘 要:目的研究和解决缩短儿童门诊患儿及家属排队等候输液的方法和效果。方法设立预约输液服务,为输液2d以上的患儿提供预约服务,并发放预约输液满意度调查表,以观察其成效。结果实行预约输液服务前后患儿及家属在等候时间、满意度有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论以患者为中心,给患者优质、便捷的服务是提高患者满意度从而提高医院竞争力的重要措施之一。实行预约输液服务,能有效地缩短患儿等待输液的时间,改善了输液秩序,提高了患儿家属满意度,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study and resolve the effect of children's outpatient appointments transfusion. Methods To set up appointment transfusion service for the infusion of more than 2 d booking service for children suffering in order to observe its effectiveness, and to issue an appointment transfusion satisfaction survey. Results Before and after transfusion services to implement reservmion, there are significant differences in children and their families about satisfaction and the waiting time (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Reservation influsion service can effectively shorten the time patients wait for transfusion, avoid the peak infusion, improve infusion transfusion, enhance the satisfaction of children and their families, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
