摘　　要：目的探讨术前访视对剖宫产手术病人的重要性。方法选择2009年6月至2011年6月我院需行剖宫产的产妇1584例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各792例，观察组实施术前访视，对照组术前不访视。结果观察组产妇对护理工作的满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论通过术前访视使产妇更全面了解手术情况，极大地增强了产妇临床舒适度及对护理工作的满意度。提高了护理质量。Objective To investigate the value of preoperative interview to patients with uterine-incision delivery. Methods 1584 patients, undergoing uterine-incision delivery in our hospital from June of 2009 to June of 2011, were selected and randomly assigned to two groups （each group for 792 cases）. Preoperative interview was applied to one group （the test group）. But preoperative interview was not applied to the other group （the control group）. Results The degree of satisfaction of parturient in test group was much higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative interview can make parturients preferably understand the operation information, highly enhance their degree of conffort and satisfaction, and improve the nursing qualities.
