两种剂型硝呋太尔制霉素治疗阴道炎的费用-效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊与硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道栓治疗阴道炎的费用-效果。方法筛选中山市人民医院门诊2009年10月至2011年10月间234例确诊为阴道炎的患者。将之随机分成A、B两组，A组给予硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道栓．B组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊，观察疗效并对有效率、痊愈率、平均费用及总有效平均费用进行统计，分析二种剂型的费用-效果差异。结果A、B组的总有效率分别为9636％和98.32％，无显著差异；但B组的痊愈率高于A组（74.30％vs50．91％，P〈0．05），并且，B组总显效费用-效果比及痊愈的费用-效果比均低于A组。结论两种剂型硝呋太尔制霉素对阴道炎治疗总有效率无显著差异，但硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊的痊愈率明显高于阴道栓．并且费用也相对较低。因此，硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊从费用一效果上优于阴道栓剂，在临床运用上值得推广。Object To explore the economic effect of using Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules and Nifuratel＋Nifurateland NystatinVaginal Suppositories to treat vaginitis.Methods 234 patients diagnosed as vaginitis from October,2009 to October,2011 from outpatient of People＇s Hospital of Zhougshan City was selected for research.They were randomly divided into two groups which were given different medicines respectively：group A： Nifuratel＋Nifurateland NystatinVaginal Suppositories and other medicines while group B： Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules and other medicines.And the analysis of costs and effects was performed by SPAA Software package.Results the total efficiency rates of group A and group B are 96.36% ,98.32 % respectively;cure rates 50.91% ,74.30% respectively;average costs RMB134.0538,RMB 105.2773 respectively;total effective average costs RMB 125.5656,RMB111.3422.Conclusion though total efficiency rates of two medicines for vaginitis are of no evident disparity,their cure rates differ greatly from each other. Economically group B has price advantage and satisfied clinical effect and is the ideal medicine for vaginitis which well worth s clinical application.
