摘　　要：目的介绍一种马蹄内翻足畸形的治疗方法。方法总结我院1997年-2007年22例采用该方法治疗马蹄内翻足畸形患者的临床资料，包括性剐、年龄、类型等，并作疗效跟踪随访。结果22例均获得随访，根据疗效评定标准，优16例，良6例。结论腓肠肌外侧头前移治疗马蹄内翻足畸形是非常理想的手术方法，更适合脑瘫所致的患者。Objective To introduce a treatment of equinovarus with gastroenemius. Methods Clinic data of 22 equinovaruses from 1997 to 2007 was reviewed.Including sex,age,type. At the last, a follow-up for their results were made. Results All the cases were follow-up, according to the standard of therapeutic effect of equinovarus, 16 of 22 cases got a well , others got a good. Conclusions This operative method is very useful, especially for the cases of cerebra palsy .
