摘　　要：①通过观察土贝母苷甲对人肝癌HepG-2细胞增殖的影响，阐明土贝母苷甲是否对人肝癌HepG-2细胞有抑制作用；②通过观察土贝母苷甲对人肝癌HepG-2细胞的细胞增殖，细胞周期和凋亡以及相关凋亡基因Bax表达的影响，为进一步阐明土贝母苷甲的抑癌作用提供理论依据。（1）By observing the effect of Tubeimoside on the proliferation of human hepatoma HepG-2 cell,to clarify whether Tnbeimoside had inhibition to human hepatorna HepG-2 cells,and provide reference for the cLinical treatment. （2） By observing the effect of Tubeimoside on the proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis and apoptosis related gene expression of Bax to human hepatoma cells HepG-2 cell, in order to further clarify the mechanism of the tumor suppressor about tubeimoside.
