摘 要:本研究以甲醇及甲缩醛为原料、酸性分子筛为催化剂合成聚缩醛二甲醚(PODEn),考察了ZSM-5分子筛的硅铝比、磷改性、粒径尺寸等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,Si/Al为50、P2O5含量为6 wt.%、粒径尺寸为5nm的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂活性较佳,三聚甲醛的反应转化率达到95.2%,PODEn(n=2~4)的选择性为58.0%。In this paper, polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODEn) were synthesized using methanol (MeOH) and trioxane (TRI) as raw materials. Acidic molecular sieve ZSM-5 was chose as the catalyst which had higher activity. The influence of the silica alumina ratio, phosphorus modified, particle size, reaction condition and such, on the reaction results in a batch mode was investigated. The optimum conditions for producing were as follows: ZSM-5 silica alumina ratio= 50, the P205 content was 6 wt.%, particle size was 5nm. Methanol conversion and the PODEn (n=2-4) selectivity were about 95% and 61% respectively.
