摘　　要：假体周围感染是关节置换术后最严重的并发症,虽然近年来感染发生率已明显下降,但仍然给患者造成了巨大的身心痛苦,耗费了巨大的医疗资源,给社会带来了严重的经济负担,故对其准确诊断十分必要。然而,关节置换术后假体周围感染的诊断一直困扰着医疗工作者,因为各种检测都有其局限性,没有一种方法可以精准地确诊。Periprosthetic infection is one of the most serious complications after total joint arthroplasty. It has been reported that infection had decreased dramatically during recent years, however, the periprosthetic i .nfection still brings huge pain and burden to the patients and society. So it is very important to make accurate diagnosis, which has been troubling many clinicians. There are many tests for the diagnosis, but none can ensure accurate and confirmed diagnosis.
