摘  要:目的探讨血流动力学指标与微血管密度检测在宫颈癌筛查中的价值。方法选取2009年10月至2011年12月的50例宫颈癌患者为A组,同期的50例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者为B组及50例健康体检妇女为C组,将三组人员的血流动力学与微血管密度指标进行检测统计及比较。结果 A组的子宫动脉收缩期血流峰速、舒张期血流峰速、血流指数、搏动指数及微血管密度均大于B组和C组,阻力指数小于B组和C组,且B组与C组也存在一定差异。不同分期宫颈癌患者间上述指标也存在差异(P均<0.05)。结论血流动力学指标与微血管密度检测在宫颈癌诊断中有一定价值,对于疾病分期的了解有一定的作用。Objective To study the value of hemodynamic parameters and microvessel density detection in the screening of cervical cancer. Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer from October 2009 to December 2011 were selected as group A, and 50 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia at the same time were group B and 50 health physical examination people were group C, then the hemodynamic parameters and microvessel density of the three groups were detected and compared. Results The uterine artery peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity, blood flow index, pulsatility index and microvessel density of group A were all bigger than those of group B and group C, resistance index were all smaller than those of group B and group C, and there were differences between the group B and group C, there was also differences between the patients at different stages ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The detection of hemodynamic parameters and mi- crovessel density detection is valuable in the screening of cervical cancer, and it also plays active certain role in understanding the disease stages.
