地塞米松联合血浆置换治疗蜂蜇伤12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察地塞米松联合血浆置换治疗蜂蜇伤的临床疗效。方法 12例蜂蜇伤患者入院后使用地塞米松15 mg加入0.9%氯化钠100 mL中静脉滴注,治疗5～7 d后逐渐减量或停用,其中10例联合血浆置换1次,2例血浆置换2次,分析治疗前后的临床表现和检测治疗前后的血液生化指标。结果治疗5～7 d后,12例患者病情均得以控制,联合血浆置换后血液生化指标较治疗前明显下降。结论地塞米松联合血浆置换是治疗蜂蜇伤的有效手段,能显著改善患者病情及保护重要脏器。Objective To observe clinical curative effects of dexamethasone combined with plasmapheresis for treatment of bee sting injury. Methods 12 cases of bee stings in hospital were given 15rag dexa- methasone added to 0.9% NS100 mL intravenous infusion as treatment, after 5-7days, gradually reduced or withdrawn, including 10 cases combined with plasma exchange for 1 time, 2 cases for 2 times PE, clinical manifestations were analyzed and blood biochemical indexes were tested before and after treatment. Results After treatment of 5-7 days ,the disease of 12 patients were under control, biochemical index of patients received combined plasmapheresis treatment was significantly decreased than before. Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with plasmapheresis in the treatment of bee sting is effective,which can significantly im- prove the patient＇s condition and protect important organs.
