摘　　要：长期以来知识产权保护水平难以定量测度。通过运用系统工程中的系统评价方法,本文构建了一套适用于我国及其不同地区知识产权保护水平的测度体系,并测算了中国的得分。For a long time,it is difficult to make quantitative measurement for the intellectual property protection.Through the application of system evaluation method for the systematic engineering,this paper builds a measurement system that is suitable for different levels of intellectual property protection in different areas of China,and it also measures the score of China's efforts in the intellectual property protection.
