摘 要:定义了基于Einstein运算规则的区间直觉模糊数运算规则以及区间直觉模糊信息的IIFEWG算子和区间直觉模糊信息的IIFEWA算子.针对准则值为区间直觉模糊数的多准则决策问题,提出一种区间直觉模糊多属性决策方法.该方法利用IIFEWG算子或者IIFEWA算子对准则进行集成,得到各方案的综合区间直觉模糊数,通过比较各方案综合区间直觉模糊数的得分函数值和精确函数值得到方案集的排序.从研究型高校的科研能力、人才培养、财务发展潜力和财务当前水平评价其可持续发展能力,评价过程及结果表明了基于Einstein运算规则的区间直觉模糊信息集成方法的有效性和可行性.The operational laws of interval-valued intuitionsitic fuzzy numbers based on Einstein laws are defined.Some aggregation operators are introduced,including the IIFEWG(intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy einstein weighted geometric) and the IIFEWA(intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy einstein weighted average) operators.For interval-valued intuitionsitic fuzzy multi-criteria decision making problems,a method based on proposed aggregation operators is introduced.Based on the IIFEWG and the IIFEWA operators,criteria values are obtained.By comparing score function and accuracy function values of integrated interval-valued intuitionsitic fuzzy numbers,a ranking of the alternatives can be attained.Through the scientific research capacity,teaching ability,financial development potential and financial level the sustainable development ability of the research oriented university is evaluated.The evaluation process and results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
