农民工的组织化及其体育健身激励研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、数理统计、比较分析的方法对农民工的组织化及其体育健身的相关性进行研究。认为农民工的组织化与经济、社会、心理、文化程度和社会冲突与安全有相关性,是农民工发展体育健身的重要途径。从组织化的角度对农民工的体育健身进行激励,提出基于心理契约的群体激励对策、基于角色分析的组织激励对策和基于利益诉求的组织激励对策。By adopting the research methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and com- parative analysis, the thesis studied the migrant workers＇ systematization and its relevance to sports. The thesis noted that the migrant workers＇ systematization is relevant to the economics, society, psychology, education background, social conflict and security. Meanwhile, it is also an important approach of their sports development. To stimulate the migrant workers＇ sports from the systematization pe^rspeetive, the thesis proposed the group stimulating strategy based on psy- chological contract, and the organizational stimulating strategy based on interest demands.
