摘　　要：本文通过彩民对体育彩票诚信度的现状分析,发现目前体育彩票存在诚信不足的现象。从经济学角度展开分析,研究发现诚信不足对体彩业发展产生巨大的恶劣影响,应将体育彩票的诚信度视为"公共产品",改善后存在最优供给。本文对改善体育彩票诚信现状提出了几点建议:加强体育彩票诚信文化建设、融入创新体育元素、打造诚信品牌、建立专家答疑团队和优化公益金的使用方式。According to the statistical analysis of the attitude of Chinese sport lottery players, we find out that the publicity of Lottery center＇ s integrity is insufficient. From the aspect of econom- ics, the lack of publicity of sports lottery center＇s integrity will do harm to the sports lottery market seriously. The paper considers the integrity as a ＂public good ＂ ,and demonstrates that in the long term, the optimal supply of it exist. The paper provides four types of suggestion to im- prove publicity of sports lottery center＇s integrity, including strengthening the construction of the Lottery CenterJs integrity culture, adding more sports elements to improve the loyalty of the brand , forming a team of experts to response to the suspicion of the sports lottery players as well as optimizing the usage of the public welfare fund.
