摘　　要：遵循科学、可行、可比的原则,提出将各家畜种类都折算为"羊单位"后,统一计算评价畜牧业机械化水平。从客观反映畜牧机械重点装备的改善、重点产业关键薄弱环节机械化作业水平的提升角度出发,选取评价指标,权重则依据劳动强度根据德尔菲专家打分法确定。广泛征求全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)及计划单列市的意见后,普遍认为客观可行。This article follows the principle of scientific,feasible and comparable,we propose to convert various animal species into ＂sheep unit＂,then calculate the level of mechanization.We select index forming the objective to improve key equipment of farming and improve the level of key industries and key link in mechanization.Consider labor intensity,the weight determined according to experts.Extensively solicit the views of 31 provinces（municipalities） and cities with independent planning,they think this index system are generally scientific and practical.
