摘 要:设计了一款甘薯仿形切蔓粉碎还田机,阐述了整机和关键部件结构设计、工作原理及技术参数;创新设计了三种结构,有效解决了刀轴易磨损、刀辊易缠绕、垄沟秧蔓难切断等问题。试验考核表明,该机作业顺畅、性能稳定,秧蔓粉碎长度为86mm,留茬平均长度为50mm。Sweet potato vine profiling crushing machine to field was designed,structural design and working principle and technical parameters of the overall and key components were elaborated;Three structures were designed to innovate,which solved the problems effectively such as the weared blade shaft easily and the winded blade shaft easily and the cutted ditch bottom vine hardly.Experimental evaluation showed that machine worked smoothly and had stable performance.The length of the smashed vine is 86 millimeter;the average stubble length is 50 millimeter.
