摘　　要：以ABB电磁搅拌系统核心单元DSU在攀钢提钒炼钢厂1号方坯连铸机8年零故障运行为背景,详细分析、总结了DSU故障产生的原因,提出对DSU设备的点检、操作、检修、维护的管理、预防工作思路。强调设备无故障运行时间间隔的长短不仅取决其质量,更多在于对设备进行规范使用、管理的观点。Take ABB electromagnetic stirring system core unit DSU in steel plant on the billet continuous casting machine in 8 years and the fault operation as the background, DSU fault reasons were analyzed in detail and summed up, and thoughts to inspect, operate, maintain the DSU equipment were put forward. It is emphasized that the interval length of equipment failure free operation not only depends on its quality, more on the regular use and maintenance of the equipment.
