摘　　要：马脾风为古代医家对儿科喘息性疾病危重状态的观察描述。文章从马脾风的历史源流、与西医学的联系以及该病名临床应用现状进行了讨论。Mapifeng, acute infantile dyspnea in modern medicine, was the vivid description of pediatric asthmatic disease in critical state by ancient physicians. From the historical origin, its relations with western medicine and clinical situation of the disease name are expourded.
