摘　　要：目的:观察地骨皮饮治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效,为治疗过敏性紫癜提供临床参考。方法:在临床抗过敏、抗凝、控制诱因等治疗的基础上,应用地骨皮饮加减治疗中医辨证属虚火灼络型过敏性紫癜38例,2～3周后统计疗效。结果:总有效率为86.8%。结论:地骨皮饮治疗虚火灼络型过敏性紫癜,短期内获得满意疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Digupi Decoction in the treatment of allergic purpura, and provide clinical reference for the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods： On the basis of treating clinical with antiallergy, antieoagulation and control .of induction factors, the changed Digupi Decoction was applied to 38 cases of hypopyretic burning meridians and collaterals syndrome of allergic purpura. After 2 - 3 weeks, the statistic information was collected. Results： The total effective rate was 86.8 %. Conclusion ： The application of Digupi Decoction to hypopyretie burning meridians and collaterals syndrome of allergic purpura can acquire satisfactory curative effect in a short time period.
