摘　　要：目的:探讨中药散剂加经皮给药治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:62例秋季腹泻患儿根据中医辨证论治给予中药散剂水煎口服,并结合经皮给药治疗,3 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治愈38例,好转24例,总有效率100%。结论:中药散剂加经皮给药治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效好,值得推广。Objective： To discuss about the clinical effect of autumn pediatric diarrhea treated with TCM powder and percutaneous injection. Methods ： 62 cases of autumn pediatric diarrhea were treated with TCM powder and percutaneous injection, 3 days a course, collecting statistical data after a course. Results： 38 cases were cured, 24 cases got better, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： TCM powder and percutaneous injection can get good effect in the treatment of autumn pediatric diarrhea, which deserves widespread.
