摘  要:本文以制碱白泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,添加适量添加剂,制备了白泥粉煤灰玻璃陶瓷。通过差热分析(DTA)确定了核化、晶化温度;研究了不同热处理温度对白泥粉煤灰玻璃陶瓷抗折强度的影响,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了结晶物相和微观结构。研究结果表明,热处理温度对白泥粉煤灰玻璃陶瓷的抗折强度有较大影响,最佳的热处理温度为900℃。High quality glass-ceramics was prepared using alkaline slag and fly ash as main raw material by adding small amount of additive. The temperatures of nucleation and crystallization were determined by DTA curve. The effects of different crystallization temperature on the bending strength of glass-ceramics were studied. The crystal phase and microstructure of glass-ceramics were analyzed by X--ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) . The experimental results show that the crystallization temperature played an important role on the properties of glass-ceramics. The optimal heat treatment parameter is that crystallization temperature is at 900℃.
