摘　　要：通过制定汾河二库水域的发展计划,对未来整体性、长期性、基本性问题进行思考和设计,来改变善发展局面,达到养殖规模化,产品效益化。Comparatively comprehensive long-term development plans for the waters of the Second Fenhe Reservoir and reflections on the overall, long-term and basic issues may help change the current hard development situation to achieve the scale of aquaculture and benefits.
