摘 要:某七层混凝土框架结构住宅楼,建于软土地基上,建成后产生过大沉降和倾斜,对使用造成了不利的影响,曾对该建筑物进行过钻孔取土纠偏,但没有达到纠偏目的。结合工程实际情况,确定采用断柱顶升纠偏技术进行纠偏,取得了成功。本文对该住宅楼成功顶升纠偏的工程实例进行了介绍,对实施中应用到关键技术如断柱顶升纠偏工程中建筑物整体绕轴旋转、大吨位油压千斤顶的整体同步使用、多次微调顶升、实时监测与信息化施工等的设计构思和实施进行了详细分析,本文的研究成果对类似工程具有借鉴意义。A seven-storey residential building with reinforced concrete frame, which is built on the soft soil foundation, is of the overlarge settlement and inclination after the project completed, which makes the influence on the use of the building. The rectification with drawing out soil from drilling holes was carried out, but the correction objective was not so good. Combined with the actual engineering case, the rectification technique with the broken pillars and jacking rectification are used in the engineering practice, which gets the success. In this paper, this success engineering practice is introduced, and the key technique in the design and construction such as the process of broken pillars and jacking rectification to make the building a whole rotation around an axis, the overall and synchronization using of large-tonnage hydraulic jack, the multiple fine adjustment jacking, the real-time monitoring and information construction are analyzed in detail. The study results could offer the reference for the similar engineering practice.
