摘　　要：在6种矿粉烧结基础特性研究的基础上,将主矿相为磁铁矿的某进口矿粉分别与武钢常用的另外5种铁矿粉按质量1∶1比例搭配,研究其烧结基础特性。通过对比分析搭配矿粉的流动性、粘结强度、连晶特性和铁酸钙生成能力等性能,研究其烧结互补效果及变化趋势,并结合烧结性能评价提出了搭配使用方案。Based on fundamental properties of 6 kinds of ore fines, sintering characteristics of mixed material composed of an import magnetite ore fines matched with other 5 kinds of ore fines by a proportion of 1：1 are investigated at WISCO. By comparing the results, the tendency of fluidity, bonding phase strength, crystal connection and calcium ferrite generating capacity are evaluated. Besides, considering the complementary characteristics of sintering and the change tendency a project to use the import magnetite ore fines is proposed.
