摘 要:【目的】建立一种能够快速检测动物源性肠道出血性大肠杆菌的PCR方法。【方法】按照华大基因公布的检测肠道出血性大肠杆菌的方法,应用PCR的方法检测腹泻动物粪便中分离到的大肠杆菌Stx2-2基因和AFF-I-2基因。【结果】在分离到的45株大肠杆菌中,Stx2-2基因阳性菌株有7株,AFF-I-2基因阳性菌株有22株,其中2种基因阳性菌株有2株,其血清型分别为O142和O127:K63。【结论】成功建立了快速检测动物源性肠道出血性大肠杆菌的PCR方法。[Objective]To establish a PCR method for rapid detection of originatedfron animal enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (E. coli) originatedfron animal. [ Method ] In accordance with the method of detecting enterohemorrhagic E.coli annouced by BGI, E.coli Stx2-2 gene and AFF-I-2 gene were isolated from the faeces of diarrhetic animals and detected with PCR method. [ Results ] In the 45 E.coli isolates, Stx2-2 gene were found in 7 strains, and AFF-I-2 gene in 22 strains, of which 2 strains contained the both, with the serotypes of O142 and O127:K63 respectively. [Conclusion] A PCR method for rapid detection of animal originated enterohemorrhagic E.coli is successfully establisheded.
