摘 要:为分析燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组大量接入电网对发输电系统可靠性产生的影响,以IEEE-RTS79系统为基础,对燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组容量分别占整个发输电系统装机容量的1/4、1/3、1/2的3种方案进行了测试。考虑"2+1"燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的4种运行状态,采用基于状态转移抽样的蒙特卡洛仿真法,建立了包含"2+1"燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的发输电系统可靠性评估模型,并用Mat-lab编写了相应程序。计算结果表明,"2+1"燃气-蒸汽联合循环以替换常规机组相同容量的方式接入发输电系统后,对系统的可靠性均有明显的消极影响。In order to analyze the impact of large intercon- necting of combined cycle units accessing to power system on the reliability of generation and transmission system, the IEEE- RTS79 test system being taken as example, three schemes that combined cycle units occupancy 1/4, 1/3 and 1/2 of whole capacity of generation and transmission systems are tested. By considering of four different operation states with "2-t-1" combined cycle units, a reliability assessment model for generation and transmission systems with "2+1" combined cycle units is proposed based on the Mote Carlo simulation method with state transition sampling. In the end, corresponding procedure was developed by MATLAB, and the simulation results show that the interconnection of combined cycle units has obviously passive influence on the reliability of generation and transmission systems.
