摘　　要：教育部《学生意外伤害事故处理办法》明确规定大学生自杀属于学校免责事由,但实践中学校为大学生自杀承担赔偿或补偿责任却几乎成为通行做法。本文通过对500名大学生进行问卷和个别访谈,对大学生群体关于大学生自杀法律归责的认知进行实证分析,以探讨实际规则与纸面规则存在差距的原因。＂Student Accident Injury Treatment＂ of the Ministry of Education clearly defines that college students＇ committing suicide belongs to liability exemption of the school, but in practice, most schools pay compensation after college students＇ suicide. Based on 500 questionnaires and individual interviews with college students, this thesis analyzes college students＇ cognition on schools＇ liability for students＇ suicide, in order to find out the reasons for the gap between actual rules and regulations on paper.
