摘  要:由二级近似下的曲轴轨迹方程出发 ,探讨了静电曲轴宽电子束二级几何像差及其系数 ,并给出了适于计算的形式 .在大量管型计算的基础上 ,文中给出了两个实际管型的几何像差及系数的计算结果 ,并由此得出一级与二级几何像差的差异趋势 。Based on curvilinear trajectory equations,the geometrical aberrations and their coefficients with second order approximation have been discussed,and the computational form also given in the paper.On the computational base of large numbers of tube type,the paper has offered the computational results of geometrical aberrations and their coefficients by two practical tubes,and given the trend of difference between geometrical aberrations with first order and ones with second order,which have certain meanings to the design and computation of practical imaging tubes.
