摘　　要：提出了一种仪器设计的新方法─虚拟仪器技术，介绍了采用该技术设计的中冷器故障诊断仪的结构、特点及故障诊断原理。通过检测中冷器空气流动阻力、空气和冷却水进、出口温度等，提取反映中冷器技术状态的特征参数，可成功地诊断中冷器的状态及典型故障。A new method for designing meter(invented meter technology) has been presented with the introduction of the structure, characteristics and the principle of trouble diagnosis of this meter for intercoolers. The characteristic paramenters of the intercooler technical condition can been obtained by measuring the air flow resistance, the inlet and outlet temperatures of air and cooling water, thus successfully diagnosing the working condition and typical trouble of the interncooler.
