摘　　要：优化燃油模锻加热炉的设计与使用对于提高锻件质量、节约能源、减轻环境污染及改善劳动条件等均起着极为重要的作用。本文介绍了剪、钳等手术器械坯料连续模锻用新型燃油少无氧化快速模锻加热炉的结构、特点、技术参数、设计依据及使用效果。The design and application of optimized oil burning die forging heating furnace play a very important role in improving the forging quality,saving energy resources,reducing envirionment pollution and improving working condition.This paper introduces the structures,features,technical parameters,basis of design and its efficiency of the new type oil burning non oxidized die forging heating furnace in which the billet surgical appliances such as cutting scissors,pliers,holders etc.are forged continuously.
