摘　　要：李经纬是当代著名医史学家,长期致力于医史学研究及医史文献学科建设,促进了医史文献学科的大发展。为更好传承其医史学术,探究了其学术思想形成的主要影响因素:西医学习对疾病史研究的影响;外科工作经历启动专科史研究;亲历中医疗效,立志挖掘中国医学之辉煌;拜师陈邦贤,启发全面医学史研究。LI Jing-wei is a famous medical historian in modem time, who has long been dedicated to medical history research, construction of TCM history and literature science and improvement of the science development. The author studied the main influence factors on his academic thought, influence of Western medicine learning on his research on disease history, his experience in surgery work that starting his research on history of TCM special disciplines, curative effect in his TCM practice that encouraging him to unearth resplendence of TCM. He has taken CHEN Bang-xian（1889-1979） as his teacher for inspiring a full-scale medical history research.
