摘　　要：推动中医药国际化进程、实施中医药"走出去"的发展战略需要一大批高素质的中医药外向型人才,而培养中医药外向型人才、实施中医药人才战略的关键在于提高中医药院校大学生的跨文化交际能力。论述了跨文化交际能力的重要性以及中医药专业大学生获得跨文化交际能力的途径。Large quantities of highly-qualified TCM international-oriented talents are in great demand wltrt me TCM internationalization and implementation of strategy of ＂going out＂. The key to cultivate international-talents and carry out talents strategy is to enhance the cross-cultural communicative competence of TCM students＇. The article elaborates the importance of cross-cultural communicative competence and approaches to obtain such ability for TCM students.
