摘　　要：人棉织物的冷轧堆染整工艺包括烧毛、堆置、煮洗、拉幅、冷轧堆和后整理等工序,要掌握好工艺条件和加工要点,防止织物冷染加工时发生断裂和缝头印。冷染染料选用亨斯迈公司的C型染料染中浅色,效果较佳,但成本较高。Cold pad -batch dyeing and finishing process of rayon fabric is introduced, including singeing, dwelling, scouring and rinsing, stentering, cold pad-batch dyeing and post finishing. Solutions for eliminating fabric broken in cold dyeing process and seam mark formation are pointed out. Rayon dyeings in light to medium shades with Huntsman C type dyes can achieve good quality, but the cost is a slight higher.
