摘　　要：针对氨纶纤维的特性,棉氨弹力抗皱免烫整理织物前处理采用高温快速烧毛工艺,酶退浆工艺、丝光碱浓度控制在240 g/L,以减少氨纶纤维在加工中的损伤;潮交联工艺中的堆置温度控制在38℃,相对湿度为55%,堆置时间为24 h。生产的棉氨弹力织物具有较好的抗皱免烫效果,提高了产品的附加值。According to the characteristic of cotton/polyurethane fiber, anti-crease finish of cotton/polyurethane elastic fabric is introduced. High temperature quick singeing, enzyme desizing and mercerization with 240 g/L caustic soda are carried out in order to reduce the damage to polyurethane fiber. Moisture crosslinking process is undergone at 38 ℃ for 24 h with relative hu- midity of 55%. The finished cotton/polyurethane elastic fabric has good crease resistance and easy care property, which in- crease the added value of the product.
