雷公藤多甙联合长春新碱治疗ITP的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察雷公藤多甙联合长春新碱治疗ITP的有效性和毒性。方法 173例ITP患者,随机分两组,治疗组83例应用雷公藤多甙1mg/(kg.d),2～3月;长春新碱2mg/w,2～4次。对照组90例应用强的松1mg/(kg.d),待血小板正常或接近正常每周减5mg,以5～10mg维持3月;长春新碱2mg/w,2～4次。结果治疗组总有效率96.4%,明显高于对照组,且副作用轻微。结论雷公藤多甙联合长春新碱治疗ITP安全有效。Objective To observe the effect and toxicity of Tripterygium Glycosides and Vincristine in the treatment of ITP. Methods There were 173 patients with ITP divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group treated with Tripterygium Glycosides lmg/kg, d, and Vincristine 2mg/w. Control group treated with Prednisone lmg/kg, d, and Vineristine 2mg/w,patients were allowed to receive 2 4 cycles. Results Among the 83 patients of the treatment group, the total effect rate was 96.4 % ,significantly higher than those in the control group, and side effects were mild, Conclusions Tripterygium Glycosides and Vincristine in the treatment of ITP is effective and safe.
