循证手术室护理在手术室急诊患者护理中的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨良好的手术室护理在手术室急诊中的应用价值。方法以2011年3月～2012年1月在我院进行急诊手术治疗的126例患者为研究对象,分析手术室护理在提高手术室急诊质量及成功率的重要作用,比较常规手术室护理和常规护理配合适当的语言交流,两组患者对护理的满意程度。结果常规的手术室护理可以保证急诊手术的质量和成功率,配合适当的语言交流后手术质量更好、患者对护理的满意程度也大大提高。结论手术室护理在手术室急诊中十分重要,可以有效提高手术质量和成功率,而常规手术室护理配合适当的语言及心理交流更加提高了手术质量和患者的满意程度。Objective To discuss the application value of good nursing in the emergency operation room. Methods Selected 126 patients treatment of emergency surgical in our hospital during March 2011 to January 2012 for research object, analyzed the important role of nursing in the emergency operation to improve the quality and success rate of operation, and compared the patient satisfaction with the regular operating room care and conventional care cooperate with proper language exchange. Results Conventional care can ensure the operation quality and the operation success rate, the surgery quality and patients satisfaction have also greatly improved after cooperate with the appropriate language exchange. Conclusions Good nursing in the emergency operation room is very important, it can effectively improve the operation quality and the success rate. And after cooperate with proper language exchange, the surgery quality and patients satisfaction all have significantly enhanced.
