摘　　要：目的探讨胶囊内镜在肠道疾病中的临床应用及护理配合。方法对153例病因不明的消化道疾病患者行胶囊内镜检查,对患者行检查前、中、后的护理。结果 153例患者均顺利完成检查,图像清晰,无并发症发生。结论胶囊内镜检查安全方便,对胶囊内镜检查的患者采取有效的护理措施是保证检查成功、提高病变检出率的必要条件。Objective To study the clinical application and nursing co--ordination of capsule endoscopy in gastro--intestinal diseases. Methods 153 patients with unknown etiology gastrointestinal disease underwent capsule endoscopy, and nursing before, during and after the capsule endoscopy. Results 153 patients were successfully completed the examination and pictures obtained were clear, no complications occurred. Conclusions Capsule endoscopy is safe and convenient. And it is necessary to take effective nursing measures to ensure that the examination is successful and increase lesion detection rate in patients with capsule endoscopy.
