摘　　要：描述了在中国南方发现的1个小香菇属新种,因其腐生于竹杆上、菌柄细长,因而命名为竹生小香菇。模式标本(GDGM5271)保藏于广东省微生物研究所真菌标本馆。A new species of Lentinellus discovered from the south of China is formally described and il- lustrated. It grows on bamboo with a long slender stipe, and a scientific name Lentinellus bam;businus is therefore proposed. The holotype is deposited in the Herbarium of Microbiology Institute of Guangdong province （GDGM 5271 ）.
