摘　　要：分析了出钢温度、钢包渣特性、精炼率与精炼时间、造渣材料和生产组织等炼钢工艺制度对天津天铁冶金集团热轧板有限公司180 t钢包内衬寿命的影响,对提高钢包内衬寿命、降低耐火材料消耗具有指导性意义。The present paper analyzes the effects of tapping temperature, feature of the ladle slag, refining rate and refining time, slagging materials and production organiza- tion on the lining life of the 180 t ladle of the Hot Rolling plate Co. , Ltd of Tianjin Tiantie metallurgical Group. It is of great guiding significance for improvement in the lining life of ladle and reduction of the consumption of the refractory materials.
