摘  要:用比色法检测了4个品系21个桑品种的GABA含量,结果表明,不同品系间桑叶的GABA含量有较大差异,广东桑为0.862%、山桑为0.726%、白桑为0.640%、鲁桑为0.473%。其中广东桑的抗青10号GABA含量高达1.011%。通过对同一时期同一枝条不同叶位桑叶中GABA含量的测定可知,GABA含量随着叶龄的增长而降低。The γ-aminobutyfic acid (GABA) contents of 21 varieties mulberry belonging to 4 strains were determined with colorimetric method. The results showed that the GABA contents were different among the strains and the varieties, which of Guangdong mulberry strains, Shan mulberry strains, Bai mulberry strains, and Lu mulberry strains were 0.862%, 0.'726%, 0.640% and 0.473%, respectively. The GABA content of Kangqing 10 was the highest with 1.011%. In addition, there were differences in the GABA content of mulberry leaves from different leaf position but in the same trunk, which reduced gradually along with the maturity.
