摘　　要：军事电子信息系统现已发展成为支持信息化作战的核心系统,基于该系统与作战思想、方式之间紧密关联的特殊性,阐述了军事电子信息系统能力需求分析在信息系统需求工程中的重要地位和作用,分析了军事电子信息系统能力需求分析的基本内容,探讨了能力需求分析的实施过程,并进行了弹道导弹信息感知系统能力需求分析。通过对军事电子信息系统能力需求分析实施过程及其应用的研究,为军事电子信息系统能力需求工程提供借鉴。Military electronic information system has become the core system to support information- based operations. Based on the special characteristics of close affinity between the system and operational concepts, the important role and position of the system capacity requirements are described in information system capability requirements engineering. The basic items of the system capacity requirements are ana- lyzed. Implementation process of capacity requirements engineering is discussed and applied in capacity requirements analysis for ballistic information awareness system. The capacity requirements and its typical application are studied, which may serve as the guidance and reference of military electronic information system capacity requirements engineering.
