摘　　要：目的检验Delphi法在构建现代化综合性中医院医疗质量评价指标体系中的可靠性。方法用积极系数、权威程度、协调程度检验专家咨询的可靠性。结果 3轮专家积极系数分别为73%、100%、100%。专家权威系数为0.86。两轮咨询专家对一级指标重要性的评估肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.32和0.40,两轮咨询专家对二级指标的代表性、可及性、灵敏性的评估肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.33和0.35。结论咨询专家对本研究的积极性和权威程度很高,对指标评估意见有较好的一致性,用Delphi法构建现代化综合性中医院医疗质量评价指标结果可信。OBJECTIEV To assess the reliability of the Delphi method in the construction of a medical quality index system for a comprehensive TCM hospital.METHODS The active coefficient,authority coefficient and Kendall’s coefficient of concordance were computed to assess the reliability of the method.RESULTS The active coefficient of 3 rounds of experts consultation was 73%,100%,and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.86,while the Kendall’s coefficient concordance of the main indictors of the 2 rounds consultations from experts was 0.32 and 0.40,respectively.The Kendall coefficient of concordance of representation,accessibility and sensitivity of the sub-indictors of 2 round consultations was 0.33 and 0.35,respectively.CONCLUSION Our study showed a high active and authority coefficient as well high degree of concordance among the experts.The experts have very positive evaluation of the indicators,and use of Delphi in the construction of the quality index system is reliable.
