中药灌肠剂治疗小儿外感发热215例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药灌肠方法治疗小儿外感发热表寒里热证的临床疗效。方法用该法治疗的215例作为治疗组,将近4年报道的中药灌肠治疗小儿外感发热患者293例作为对照组,进行疗效观察。结果总显效率96.3%,总有效率100%,较对照组明显为高(P﹤0.05)。治疗组退热时间、平均退热时间均明显短于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论本方是治疗小儿外感发热有效方法。OBJECTIVE To observe the traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatric pathogenic water-enema method（table in the cold fever heat syndromes of clinical curative effect.METHODS 215 patients with this method of treatment as treatment group,nearly four years of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatric enema reported 293 cases of patients with fever stated as control group,the curative effects.RESULTS the overall significant efficiency was 96.3%,and the total effective rate was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（P﹤0.05）.The antifebrile time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P﹤0.05）.CONCLUSION This method is an effective way in treatment of pediatric pathogenic fever.
