某院2010～2011年中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院中药注射剂应用情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法对2010～2011年该院中药注射剂的种类、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果该院中药注射剂2年来的用药金额增长较快,年增长率为41.42%;活血化瘀类的品种数、销售金额居第1位;单品种参麦注射液的销售金额和DDDs排序居第1位。结论中药注射剂在该院的应用呈上升趋势,临床应用广泛,表现良好用药前景。OBJECTIVE To analyze the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine injection（TCM Injections）application,provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.METHODS From 2010-2011,we analyzed the injection type,sales amount,DDDs（DDDs）and the average cost（DDC）of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital.RESULTS The traditional Chinese medicine amount in recent 2 years increased,with the annual growth rate of 41.42%;The varieties and sales of blood circulation and blood stasis medicine ranks first;The sales of single variety Shenmai injection and DDDs showed first.CONCLUSION Application of TCM Injections in our hospital shows ascendant trend,and the clinical application is wide and performance has a good prospect of application.
